The "Center for Social Dialogue" Foundation is a place where voices are heard, ideas are born, and dialogue becomes the key to mutual understanding!
We believe that in today’s world, an essential element of success is the ability to interact effectively and find common ground. Today, when communication and mutual understanding play a key role in building a successful society, we aim to be a bridge connecting different perspectives and experiences. We are convinced that open and sincere dialogue plays an important role in societal development, and this is precisely the work we dedicate ourselves to.
The "Center for Social Dialogue" Foundation is a team of experts, volunteers, and citizens of Belarus, Poland, and Ukraine united by their work in cooperation, mutual assistance, and the development of social, educational, and cultural ties between our nations.
Our mission is to create an environment where everyone:
- Can successfully showcase their abilities, adapt easily, develop civic skills, and receive the support needed to realize them;
- Based on the values of peace, mutual assistance, and good neighborliness, participates in shaping the future of Europe, especially in the countries whose citizens our team represents: Belarus, Poland, and Ukraine.
Our core values are democracy, gender equality, a European choice for Belarus and Ukraine, and responsible consumption of Earth's resources (Lagom).
We are looking for partners to collaborate on programs in:
- Promoting civic education and cultural self-identification;
- Helping Belarusians and Ukrainians in Poland adapt and providing psychological support;
- Assisting representatives of social organizations and initiatives from Belarus in identifying development directions, finding partner organizations to apply and develop civic skills;
- Creating a community of citizens from Belarus, Ukraine, Poland, and other countries to acquire civic activity skills, develop individual entrepreneurship (self-employment, crafts), represent interests, and promote good neighborliness and mutual assistance.
The "Center for Social Dialogue" Foundation is intended to be a place where people from different fields can meet, exchange ideas, and work together to solve pressing issues.
